Adel Mokhtar

Egyptologist since 20 years, Master degree in Ancient Egyptian Theology from Copenhagen University and Master in Art in Ancient Egypt from Berlin University. Two years Excavation in Elephantine island in Aswan and another 9 month Excavating in the pyramids are under the supervision of the Egyptian supreme council of antiquities. Guest lecturer on a subject of King Tut Ankh Amoun or Mummification for primary, high schools or Chester University, England.

For centuries, there have been many questions around Ancient Egypt and Religions, theological and/or ethical nature in the world. It generated enormous debates, conflict and division within cultures, and continue to do so today. We will not promote a single religion. Instead, Adel Mokhtar will explain their origin fairly, accurately, completely, and with balance through his experience. We will start with the definition of Ancient Egyptian religion: principals, features and meaning.

As well as the similarities between ancient Egyptian religion and nowadays three main religions, what was taken from Egypt into Judaism, Christianity and Islam. Such as: Believes, habits and buildings, calender, Christmas, Ester and the cross. Finally, we shall discuss some individual aspects related to the subject such as:
* Jerusalem and Ramses the second.
* Alexandria library and the Vatican.
* After life and Islam.
* Napoleon and Hieroglyphs.
* Music and tragedy.
* Magic and Astrology.
